Racial Harmony is about different races coming together to celebrate and not to fight with each other.It is important to have Racial Harmony because if we didn't have Racial Harmony every race would be fighting and causing riots everyday,I think it is because they do not understand what they were talking about. People in my school and in my neighbourhood get along very well even if they are different races they still get along like friends. I have some friends from different races, and usually I get to know them thanks to teacher, because the teacher changes our seats once in a while after that you'll start to talk to the person from different races beside you and after a while, wha'do you know you're all best freinds!
