In order to be healthy,you must eat vegetables,less meat and exercise at least three times a day or else your stamina will become weaker.They like to eat unhealthy foods like for example chicken wings,chocolate.So that you can be strong,addicted or maybe not and have a smart brain,its true!5.I like to eat fruits and vegetables because fruits are tasty,chewy and crunchy and vegetables my mother cooked for me is nice.I will support people for eating vegetables.I will be like Mr Derek Tan,test the pupils to eat vegetables.
